Back in 2004 I started work with my dance group LAL Dance company (or London All-star Latin Dance company), on an hour long production. We began showcasing sections of the show in various places such as the UK Salsa congress. We didn’t really have a name for the thing so it was just advertised as the Leon Rose Project. Since that time the dance company name, LAL, has been kind of forgotten and every group show is now under the “Project” title.. This year the Project has really started to travel and perform a lot with me especially with the Man’s World routine, probably my favourite and best show to date.
